excerpt:
I Like to Play is a World Vision Early Readers book. Konrad, who works for World Vision Canada, has beautifully displayed pictures of children playing around the world to complement the text. The pictures are what draw the reader in. They are very vibrant and colourful. The pictures show children using their imagination and having fun playing. Most of the children are wearing traditional costumes and have bright smiles on their faces. The simple text is is perfect for this age group. Highly Recommended. Karen Higginbottom is a preschool teacher who lives in Guelph, ON, with her family. Copyright © the Manitoba Library Association. Reproduction for personal
